I wanted to make a Birthday card that could be used for any age or gender so I
used the gel-a-tins Stars Clear stamps and made this bright and simple
card.

Ranger distress embossing powders
Foam pads
I matted and layered the Doodlebug papers with the American Crafts white cardstock using the Xyron Mega Runner.
Using the embossing pad I stamped three different size gel-a-tins stars onto the American Crafts white card stock and used the Ranger embossing powers. Cut out the stars, using foam pads stick them to the card.
Finish by adding the topper to the bottom right corner.
