Meet Kate!

Image

Hi! I am Kate Nolan-Denham. I live in southern Maine with my loving family and two dogs. I have loved crafting since I was a young girl. About 12 years ago my girlfriend introduced me to scrapbooking. She said and I quote "It is so YOU!" She was right. Throughout the last several years I have developed a style that is simple, yet colorful. The faces of the people who surround me with love inspire me to create every day. Their faces, their expressions, they tell a story. I want to share that story with you. During the last couple of years I have also started cardmaking.Nothing is better than the look of happiness on someone's face when you give them a card made just for them. I love that!

My other hobbies include cooking and running. I also enjoy reading, entertaining, decorating, and amateur photography. You can find out more about me and my crafting at http://www.scissorsspatulassneakers.com.

I am so happy and honored to be a Gel-a-Tina and can't wait to start sharing with you some of my creations using Gel-a-Tins products with you. In the meantime, here are three of my most recent favorite stamping projects....

Meet Jessica P!

My name is Jessica Pascarella. I am excited to be a part of this awesome company for another term! Here is a litle something about me:

I have been living in Texas for 10 years. I am a SAHM of 3 wonderful kids. My wonderful husband, is my biggest supporter. I credit my grandmother for introducing me to cardmaking. She has been creating her own cards for years. Due to her inspiration, I jumped in the papercrafting world around 8-9 years ago. My main love is cards, but have started to expand into scrapbooking and altered items. My biggest "addiction" is stamps. I love the number of ways you can use stamps, the techniques seem to be endless! Feel free to stop by to see my latest creations : Kissin' Krafts. I am truly excited to be a part of the Gel-a-tins Design Team!

Here are a few of my favorite projects that I have created using Gel-a-tins stamps:

Meet Dawn!

Dawn Mercedes here... for the new Gelatins Roll Call! I'm blessed to be a stay at home mom to three middle sized children. When the family is home, I'm busy with real life: coaching, scouts, church, volunteering, etc. When they are at school, work, or asleep, I can create to my heart's content! Keep up with my creative adventures (along with a few family anecdotes) on my blog: Sunnyside Up! My favorite crafting occurs when I am making a gift for a particular person in mind. I enjoy using colors, sayings, and images that relates to the recipient. Aka...the personal touch!

This is the first card I created using Gelatins Stamps...and you can be sure that I'm just getting started with my Gelatins Stamps and products!

Getting to know Ashley!

Welcome back, gelly fans!  This week we are going to start introducing you to your new gel-a-tins DT members and we'll be re-introducing you to the girls that are going to be a part of our team again this term.  I hope you enjoy getting to know these amazing girls and that you are ready to see some of their work!  Have a great week!

Today, we're getting to know one of our new DT members, Ashley!

I'm in my late twenties, I live in Indiana and I've been a registered nurse for 5 1/2 years. I work at a prison, which is something I never thought I would say. It's an interesting job for sure. My boyfriend & I adopted a black Lab, Bentley, who is almost three years old now. He is still a big puppy & keeps us on our toes. I started scrapbooking when I was 16 & have been blessed to have been published online & in print over the years. I'm grateful for the opportunity to work with these girls & I can't wait to share some projects using these stamps!

Wedding Fun!

Today I have a set of projects to share with you that were made by our very own Drea!

How cute is this?  She used some of our mustache and lip stamps to make these themed invitations, a thank you card, place cards and even a matching napkin ring.  I love the black and red color combo and this stuff would be perfect for a wedding or even a bachelor or bachelorette party.

I hope you've been enjoying these bonus projects this week!  We'll be back again tomorrow with one more fabulous project by Sharon.

Sweet Plaid Apples and Pears

Hey there!  Jessica here with a little card I made using my Sweet to the Core gel-a-tin stamp set.

I love these outline stamps!  This paper is all from a 6x6 pad by Echo Park, and I thought that a card with a plaid apple would be perfect.

Because this card is all about the stamps, it goes together in a heartbeat.  I really love using this set to make cards and layouts.  Those apples are perfect for teacher's cards and gifts!

I hope you're having a wonderful Wednesday!  Stop back by tomorrow for another project from Sharon!

Hello out there!

We have had a lot going on behind the scenes here at gel-a-tins, and I wanted to give our fans a little update!
First, I'd like to send one more thank you out to our recent DT.  They did such a wonderful job and I loved having them all as part of the team!  If you have missed any of their work, just scroll through some of the posts we've put up over the last six months.  I guarantee that you'll find some inspiration to get you stamping!
Second, another welcome to the new DT!  I know that these ladies are going to be amazing, and I can't wait to see what they do with the stamps.  They are all waiting for those packages to show up in their mail box, and once they're ready, we'll start with introducing them to you.
This week, I'm going to share some projects with you that were made by some of us that are involved behind the scenes with gel-a-tins.  Check back for those starting tomorrow!
Have a wonderful week, gelly fans!
