Final March Reveal

Angela most certainly rocked the Rock-A-Bye-Baby Stamp set this month with her awesome creations. Look how she jazzed up her regular white ribbon and stamped the sentiment with blue ink directly onto the ribbon. It created an entirely new look, fabulous idea! Angela also played with the Sweet to the Core Set and created a layout making the sweetest looking cards with the apples and pears stamps.

Rock-A-Bye-Baby Stamp Set

Sweet To The Core Stamp Set

Cassie created her projects using the Honey Bear Stamp Set. Each card has so much detail and I love how she uses so much color in her cards. Maybe Cassie can share some of her tips and techniques with us in the future on the Gelatins Blog!

Cherie used the precious Easter Bunnies Stamp Set. Cherie also used the Spin Cycle Stamp Set as a background border effect on the bunny ear page! That is the most adorable bunny I have ever seen!

Ellen
Ellen used Oodles of Doodles II and really showed off the variety of doodles in this set on her layout called Every Day. I like how she layered the flower doodles and created a nice border of words in white ink on the side of the page.
On her card, I love the detail and roughed up edges and how she gave the flowers some dimension as she had them popped off the page a bit. Her butterfly card is gorgeous, love how she kept it simple with a nice stitched border and stamped the swirls in different stamp inks on the textured cardstock. It gives a nice textured dimensional look.

Gladys' other projects are just as impressive as the first. Look at the time she spent stamping and cutting out the little flower doodles from the You're So Tweet Stamp Set for the circle card!
The next project is eye-catching as well with the bold bird background and the pretty felt and button handmade flower as the focal point to the card.

Karin used the Easter Bunnies set and with all the brown tones in the card, it makes me think of Chocolate! I love her use of the twine and the inking on this card, stunning! Another beautiful card, Karin created a lovely background with the egg stamps in white ink.

Natalie created a bright and cheery baby card with the Rock-A-Bye-Baby Stamp Set. I just love that bright green ribbon, it really stands out especially since she carried on that color for the carriage stamp and for the scalloped paper behind it.

Natalie also used the Happy Days set, it is a lovely set of Birthday sentiments. The candle stamped image is also from Gel-A-Tins, it comes from the Build-A-Setup Happy Birthday Set. I love that she used so many different kind of patterned papers, but yet, the stamped image and sentiment really stick out!

Nicole thought way out of the box yet again on her other DT Projects using the Oodles of Doodles II Stamp Set. Here she repurposed the Gel-A-Tins metal tin for which the stamps come in and created a neat little recipe holder. Inside you see a post it note sticky pad which she stamped some cute little images in the corner of the pad. I love that cute little cluster of embellishments in the corner of the front of the tin, love how she stamped, colored and cut out the doodle butterly and placed a few on the tin as if they were going to take flight.

Renee - I used the Easter Bunnies set for a few mini Easter cards and also for an ATC (Artistic Trading Cards) Swap. You'll probably see a lot of ATC's from me since I am addicted to them! I loved this set, the eggs have the most ornate designs on them that they are perfect just by themselves.

Sharm really has a unique style, which I love and am envious of! She used the Wild Things Set for her cards.

Sheree used the Oodles of Doodles II stamp set here, I love the black stamped flower images repeated on the white paper, it really is bold and demands attention!

-Guest DT Moe Mahoski's Designs-
Moe used the Honey Bear Set. I love how she has the little bear sitting on the scalloped oval frame.

-Guest DT June Geraci's Designs-

Here are the rest of June's Projects using the Oodles of Doodles II Stamp Set. June really matched the colored images to the papers so nicely. Bonnie and I thank you for being our Guest Design Team Members for March!

-Sorry for the delay in my blogging, my entire family came down with a nasty virus this week. Here's hoping April is full of sunshine, we need more Vitamin D!

March Design Team Reveal

Meet our new Design Team Members for Gel-A-Tins Stamps. March was the first month of their Design Team term and here are a few of their creations. The rest of their projects for this month will be posted on March 31.

Angela

Angela made the most adorable baby cards using the Rock-a-Bye-Baby Stamp Set by Gel-A-Tins. This set is one of our new Winter 2011 Releases.

Cassie

Cassie also used the Honey Bear Stamp Set. I love how Cassie utilizes all the stamps so creatively in her projects.

Cherie

Cherie has so wonderfully combined three stamp sets of Gel-A-Tins to create some elements for this cute baby page. The bear is from the Honey Bear Stamp Set, the alpha used in the title for "Oma" is the Pretty Fancy Letters Set and the green grass behind that little guy is from the Easter Bunnies Stamp Set.

Ellen

Gladys
Gladys really thought out of the box with using the You're So Tweet Set. She ever so creatively used the body of the bird stamps as her petals on that gorgeous handmade flower as the focal point of her card! WOW!

Karin
What can I say about Karin's cards? Simply elegant is what comes to mind when I see her style. Karin used the Easter Bunnies Stamp Set for her projects.

Natalie
Natalie really showcased the Admission is Free Stamp Set very well in her project below.
I love how Natalie used the ticket stamps and created a nice cluster for the card front. The scattered ticket stub background is genius and adds so much dimension to the card. It is very eyecatching with her choice of ink colors against the Kraft paper too. Well done!

Nicole
Nicole shows off her altered craft side with making a little box for a gift using the Oodles of Doodles II Stamp Set. She created a nice background with the word stamps of this set and embossed a few layers of flower stamps on top. What a creative way to package up a gift.

Renee
I was given the Easter Bunnies Stamp Set to work with this month and truly loved working with this set. I am very eager for the 9 inches of snow to melt and see the green grass. When creating this card, I was thinking of Spring only, Winter go away!

Sharm
For a stamp set named Wild Things, this creation is very reserved and so delicate looking! It is a wonderful composition with the texture of the trim and ribbon on the bottom of the card.

Sheree
Sheree's layout consists of stamps from the Oodles of Doodles II Stamp Set. It is interesting to see how each DT member has used these stamps so differently. I like how Sheree used a stamped image as the center of her flowers, it really draws you into the page.

Guest DT for March

Moe Mahoski was one of our Guest Design Team Members for March. Moe worked with one of our 2011 Winter Release Stamp Set called Honey Bear. I love how she colored the bear, nice shading and look at that pretty bow!

Card Created by Moe Mahoski

June Geraci, was also one of our Guest Design Team Members for March, she created a beautiful card with the Oodles of Doodles II Gelatins Stamp Set. The white ink effect really pops off of the cardstock and says, "Look at me!"

Thank you ladies for your hard work this month! I'll post the rest of the Guest DT Creations on March 31. See you then!
